Blended from predominantly Chardonnay with the addition of a soupçon of Riesling, this wine is light- to medium-bodied, packed with citrus, chalk dust, fresh green apple, and with some lovely savoury complexity.

Long and vibrant, the Spring White has been blended for immediate enjoyment with food or as a refreshing aperitif.
