SHIPPING & RETURNS
We are a small, husband-and-wife run business located in a rural area, and take pride in personally handling every order that comes through our door. While this means your wine may not always ship as rapidly as it would from larger, metro-based operations, it’s also what allows us to keep our prices fair and accessible - without the added costs of a large team and additional warehouses. We truly appreciate your patience as we get your wine on its way as soon as physically possible.
SHIPPING FAQs
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
During regular periods, orders are shipped once weekly from our warehouse and are generally delivered within 3 - 7 working days. As we are located in a rural area, shipping times may vary depending on your location and additional time may be required for the delivery of your order. Please note, during busy periods such as vintage, shipping may be reduced to once weekly and additional time may be required for the despatching of your order if we are processing a high volume of orders.

Will my wine be shipped in hot weather?
During periods of extended high temperatures in local and/or delivery areas, we may delay the shipping of your order until temperatures are acceptable for transit. We will notify you of any shipping delays and will work to ensure your wine reaches you safely. Your patience is greatly appreciated during these times, as we prioritise both the quality of our product and the satisfaction of our customers.

Who will be delivering my order?
Our wines are shipped by Australia Post's specialised wine delivery service. You will be asked at checkout of your order to confirm whether you would like a signature to be required for delivery of your wine, or if you give authority for the courier to leave your wine in a safe place. If you have selected for a signature to be required but are not home at the time of delivery, it will be returned to your local post office for collection with a valid ID.

How will I be notified of shipping updates?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping updates directly from Australia Post to the nominated contact email provided in your order. In the event that you believe your shipping notifications from Australia Post have not been received, please firstly check your email spam folder as often these emails are automatically filtered.

I haven't received shipping updates for my order within the expected window. Who can I contact?
Please contact orders@joshuacooperwines.com.au if you believe you have missed a shipping notification or have any other concerns or questions.
RETURNS POLICY
If any items in your order are faulty, damaged (excluding damage from misuse), or wrongly described, we will happily refund your money or exchange the product. All products returned must be in their original condition and packaging.
We will ask you for a valid proof of purchase when returning a faulty product. Some examples of acceptable proof of purchase are your original email receipt or credit card statement clearly showing your purchase.
All refunds need to be made within 4 weeks from purchase.
