Member's Shop Exclusive - Limited to 20 Dozen Bottles
 
Our Reserve Rosé was blended from the very best of the vintage's many rosé batches, consisting of Shays Flat Cabernet Sauvignon, Saddleback Shiraz and Pyren Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. De-stemmed and direct pressed it was then fermented with light solids in large format old French oak, then aged on lees for a full year.

Pale orange-pink in colour, rose-hip, blood orange, rhubarb, almond and fennel aromas balloon out of the glass. These carry to the palate, owing to the superb quality of fruit, serious, yet refreshing and finishing long with juicy acidity. A rosé to enjoy in youth, with or without food or mature over the medium term.

A small portion was sold exclusively to 10 William Street and Fratelli Paradisio (among our very favourite of restaurants anywhere in the world), while 20 dozen bottles were reserved exclusively for our mailing list.
