Poured as a house rosé for the award-winning Bar Merenda (The Age Good Food Guide Bar of the Year 2024), due to a short run of labels, we have a number of unlabelled cases remaining for sale by dozen only ($250 per dozen). 
 
TASTING NOTES:
Very light pink blush with aromatics full of musk, spice and pear skin, this rosé is fresh but still full of texture and interest. Lovely drinking as an aperitif or with lighter flavoured meals.
